Sounds like Ben is a rough teether – poor parents! If it’s any consolation, I think the canines are worse than the two year molars…

Try freezing small pieces of banana – cut the banana up, then put the pieces on wax paper (on top of a cookie sheet or something similar) and stick it in the freezer. Once the pieces are individually frozen, you can put them in a ziploc baggie.

Lil B should love these pieces as a snack – nice and cold, and yummy too. Be careful, though, because they get messy when they defrost, so dole them out carefully.

Also, I found sticking a wet baby washcloth into a ziploc and freezing it creates a good teething tool. Make sure you take it out of the ziploc before giving it to him, though.

You’ll survive this. At least mostly.
