		<description>I hardly make casseroles -- this was really the only one ... wait, she made Runza Casserole which I would not eat. This chicken dish is good though if you can get past the word casserole.</description>

Apparently his mother made a few too many of them when he and his 5 siblings were younger.  The first time I made a dish that had tuna and peas in it he said, &quot;This isn&#039;t a casserole, is it?&quot;

For some reason this recipe reminds me why I have a hard time ordering fish dishes in restaurants.  They always come with rice pilaf and &quot;mixed vegetables&quot;.  Those sides just sound less appetizing than the potato and spinach/asparagus/green bean, etc. sides that come with a beef or pork dish.</description>
