The thing about roasting the turkey in foil is that it keeps it moist along with all the fat drippings .... we seasoned it with the usual but the chef did say we could add some butter as well. I would rather leave the bones in, stuff it with aromatics, slather with butter and throw in the oven for a couple hours. Done. And it looks so pretty coming out!
