		<description>Do you know of a cheaper alternative to prosciutto?  I&#039;m not a big fan of it in the first place, and especially not the price, unless I get it at the deli counter and ask them for 3 or 4 shaved slices - but I always feel bad about making them go through all the work for that measly amount of meat.  I wonder if regular ham would work?  Or thin sliced bacon?  Do they have slab bacon at deli counters that they will slice thin?</description>
